01 - Preamble
By placing an order with us on the website www.lebridgeur.com, you confirm acceptance of these general conditions and agree to be bound by them. Our sales are subject to these general conditions which take precedence over any other stipulation emanating from the buyer.
Furthermore, the purpose of these general conditions of sale is to inform any potential buyer of the conditions under which the seller proceeds with the sale and delivery of the products ordered. The fact for the buyer to click on the order payment icon implies having knowledge of these general conditions of sale and constitutes irrevocable and definitive consent on the part of the customer on all the provisions appearing in the general conditions of sale.
The information contained in this service is subject to change without notice. The products, sold on the BRIDGEUR website, comply with the standards and legislation in force in France. It is up to the customer to verify, under his sole responsibility, that these products can be imported and consumed in the country of his choice.

02 - Price
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding processing and shipping costs. Regarding the price of the book, this is established in strict compliance with the Lang law 81-766 of August 10, 1981 and the law 2014-779 of July 8, 2014.
In this context, LE BRIDGEUR offers its customers the most attractive price tolerated by law.
2.1. In the event of an order to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union and Overseas Territories, the price will be calculated excluding taxes automatically on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums do not fall within the responsibility of the BRIDGEUR. They will be your responsibility and are your entire responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and/organizations in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.
2.2. LE BRIDGEUR reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time of your order validation.
2.3. The products remain the property of Bridgeur until full payment of the price.
03 - Formation of the contract
Orders placed through the website bind the buyer upon acceptance of the order given by the buyer on the website.
2.1.In accordance with article L. 111.1 of the Consumer Code, the BRIDGEUR database allows the Customer, before concluding the contract, to know the essential characteristics of the product he wishes to order.
2.2. The Customer chooses one or more products from different categories.
2.3. The products offered by LE BRIDGEUR are described and presented with the greatest accuracy.
2.4. However, in the event that a supplier modifies a product, the graphic representation thereof cannot engage the responsibility of the BRIDGEUR or even affect the validity of the sale.
2.5. Offers are only valid while stocks last.
2.6. From the moment the customer has registered his order, he is considered to have knowingly and unreservedly accepted the prices, volumes and quantities offered for sale and ordered.
2.7. Any order placed by a Customer is for his or her personal use or for the personal use of the person on whose behalf the delivery is to be made. In the latter case, the Customer guarantees the personal acceptance of these General Conditions by the recipient of the delivery.
2.8. LE BRIDGEUR recommends that the Client keep this information on a paper or computer document.
04 - The order
4.1. Prior identification
To place an order, you must identify yourself with your email address and password. For any first order, you will need to create an account.
4.2. Registration and validation of the order
Once your basket has been validated, you will need to choose the address and delivery method, and validate your payment method, this last step formalizing the sales contract with LE BRIDGEUR.
Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
LE BRIDGEUR will acknowledge receipt of your order as soon as it is validated by sending you an email of confirmation.
In certain cases, notably for non-payment, incorrect address or any other problem linked to your account, LE BRIDGEUR reserves the right to block your order until the problem is resolved.
If an ordered product is unavailable, you will be informed by email. Cancellation of the order for this product and its possible refund.

05 - Payment terms
Payment for your purchases is made:

The card is debited at the time of validation of the order.
The check is cashed upon receipt of the check.
06 - Securing

07 - Delivery
7.1. LE BRIDGEUR offers to deliver your order to your home or to the home of the person for whom you are sending this order (in this case, we do not attach an invoice to the package).
You simply need to create your account by registering on our site. After having done your shopping online and having validated your basket, you will choose the billing address (yours), then choose the delivery address.
7.2. LE BRIDGEUR has chosen La Poste to send the products. Following the preparation of the order by us, you are delivered within 72 hours on working days, with complete peace of mind throughout mainland France (depending on available stock). In certain cases, delivery is provided by a specialized carrier (heavy or bulky packages, such as our bridge tables or our mats). The delays are no longer any longer.

08 - Right of withdrawal
8.1. In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 15 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal from Bridgeur without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period, only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded. In the event of a defect in the product(s), the return costs will be our responsibility.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be remarketed in new condition, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for optimized management.
8.2. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for books, customizable products or computer software unsealed by the customer, journals or subscriptions to our magazines. (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code)

9.2. The provision of personal information collected for the purposes of distance selling is mandatory, this information being essential for the processing and delivery of orders as well as the preparation of invoices. Failure to provide information will result in the order being invalid.

10 - Guarantees, liability, limitations
10.1. LE BRIDGEUR guarantees through its suppliers that the products have been subject to all necessary care to ensure their compliance with the description which appears on the site on the date of the order. This is the only guarantee granted by LE BRIDGEUR. No other extreme or implied guarantee is given. In particular, LE BRIDGEUR cannot guarantee that the products meet the Customer's specific expectations.
10.2. The Customer is solely responsible for the choice of products, their conservation following delivery and their use.
10.3. Likewise, LE BRIDGEUR cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with the legislative or regulatory provisions in force in the country of delivery, LE BRIDGEUR being solely responsible for compliance with French regulations relating to products.
10.4. LE BRIDGEUR cannot be held responsible for any non-performance caused by force majeure beyond its control, without limitation: war, riot, insurrection, fire, earthquake, storm, flood, etc.
11 - Dispute
11.1. The parties agree that only French legislation and the French language will be applicable. Disputes will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the jurisdiction of PARIS (France).
12 - Intellectual property
12.1.
