We collect your personal information when you interact with us or with our services, such as when you use our Sites to place an order. We also observe how visitors use our Sites to help us improve our services and optimize our customer experience.

- when you browse and use our Sites (before and after creating an account).
We also collect information from third-party sites, such as advertising platforms as well as through our physical store in Paris.

- As part of our confidentiality commitments to our customers and more generally to visitors of our Sites, we make a commitment to transparency regarding the information you provide to us.
- When you visit our Sites or place Le Bridgeur orders, we ask you to provide information about yourself: your name, contact details, delivery address, order details and payment information (credit/debit cards).
- We also collect information about your use of our Sites and when you post messages on our Sites or when you contact us or send us comments by email, postal mail, telephone. If you contact us by telephone, your call may be recorded for training and service improvement purposes, and we will take notes related to your call.
- We collect technical information from your mobile device or your computer, for example about its operating system, the type of device and connection, as well as the IP address from which you access our Sites.
4-USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We will only process the data we collect about you if we have a relevant legal basis: if we need to process your information to provide you with the service you requested or for the conclusion of a contract, if we have your consent, if we have a justifiable reason for processing your data, or if we are legally required to do so.
When we need it to provide you with the requested service or to conclude a contract, we use your information:
